In February 2008, Duncan was named Finance Director of the Year in the prestigious Bank of Scotland Awards.

He has extensive directorship experience in financial, strategic and commercial roles and, as a champion of innovation and technology, Duncan is the force behind identifying and implementing the best enterprise system to support the smooth working of our international network.

Duncan has a Bachelor's degree in management from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). He is North East chairman and board member of the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) and formerly represented PSN on the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce Council.
