  • PSN was formed on May 1st 2006 when CEO Bob Keiller and his management team completed an award-winning $280million management buy-out from KBR Halliburton

  • Since the management buy-out, PSN has enjoyed a 70% growth in Revenue while EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) has doubled
  • International revenue has grown by 135% since PSN commenced trading and now accounts for 55% of total PSN Revenue
  • PSN has made two acquisitions since 2006: Gulf of Mexico based Grasso Production Management in November 2007 (click here for link to media release) and Calgary-based Tartan Engineering in March 2008 (click here for link to media release).  Formal Joint Ventures have also been established in Kazakhstan, Abu Dhabi, Trinidad & Tobago.  Several new market entries are anticipated in 2009
  • PSN has created over 2500 new jobs since May 2006 and employs a network of over 8500 people, working in over 26 countries
